Who qualifies for the New Business Program?
Any business that is just getting started, whether you're opening a shop, an office, an agency or a practice. Tell us about your business and your opening timeline, and we'll confirm whether you qualify.
How much is the discount?
You get discounted pricing for the first term of your agreement. The exact amount depends on your size and the services you choose, and we'll put it in writing before you sign anything.
What happens after the first term?
You move to our standard per endpoint or per site pricing. We'll show you both the discounted and the standard pricing up front, so there are no surprises later.
We're a very small team. Is this still worth it?
Yes. Because we price per endpoint (each workstation and server) or per site, you only pay for what you actually have. You won't be paying for an all-inclusive plan built for a much larger business.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Our terms are shorter than what's common in our industry, and every agreement includes a fair way to end it.
Will you deal with our software, internet and phone vendors?
Yes. When your business software, internet provider, phone system or other vendors need to get involved, we contact them on your behalf and follow through until the issue is resolved.
Can you help set up a brand new dental practice?
Yes. We work with dental and oral surgery practices every day. We can set up your network, workstations, practice software and imaging so everything is ready before your first patient walks in.
Which practice software do you support?
We support Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, DSN Software, CareStack and other leading platforms, along with imaging systems from i-CAT, Carestream, Planmeca, Sirona and Apteryx.
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement before we open?
Yes. We sign BAAs with healthcare clients, including new dental, oral surgery and medical practices, so it's in place from day one.
How do you help a new practice with HIPAA?
We put HIPAA safeguards, written policies and procedures, encryption and backups in place, and our own team completes HIPAA training. Staff training for your team is available too.
Will you work with our software and imaging vendors?
Yes. We call your practice software, imaging and internet vendors on your behalf, so you can focus on your patients instead of sitting on hold.
