I've worked with a lot of IT vendors over the years, and Xceltek is one of the few that truly feels like a partner rather than a service provider.
What I appreciate most is that they're proactive. They don't wait for something to break before getting involved. Their team is constantly looking ahead, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and helping us plan for future growth. Whether it's cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, networking, or day-to-day support, they've consistently been there when we needed them.
One thing that really stands out is their responsiveness. When issues arise, I never have to wonder if someone is working on it. Communication is clear, expectations are set, and they stay engaged until the problem is resolved.
What makes Xceltek great is that leadership is genuinely involved. Fadi, their President, and Andrew, their CTO know our business, and it shows in how issues get handled: quickly, thoughtfully, and without anything getting lost in the shuffle. Their support and project engineers are responsive, professional and genuinely easy to work with. They feel more like partners than a vendor. Highly recommend.

Most practices find their IT company through a referral or a Google search. An honest review from you helps the next office manager decide. A few things that make a review useful to them:
- Mention what we actually did. A server move, a new office build-out, a ransomware scare we handled, imaging or practice software support.
- Say what kind of practice you run. Dental, oral surgery, podiatry, law office, nonprofit. Readers look for someone like them.
- Post it from your own phone or computer. Google is strict about where reviews come from, and reviews written from a shared office device are sometimes removed.
